Which class would better prepare me for Paramedic School if I only have time to complete one, and I have already completed a college-level Anatomy and Physiology class? Introduction to Biology or Introduction to Chemistry?

If you already have A&P, then chemistry for sure.

Though I'd steer you towards a pathophys or pharm course, if you can find one.

If I could only choose one it would be chem...unless I could find pathophys.

If you've already completed a full year of A&P and not a single semester that's basically a survey course, I would suggest taking the chem course. Pathophys would be even better. Pharmacology would be good to take after a patho course or a chemistry course. You really want to have a good understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and pharmacology. This may be a relatively heavy load, but you'll set yourself up for going into just about any career in healthcare and it'll make Paramedic school a whole lot easier to understand and a whole lot easier to get through.

You 'Merican or Canadian?
Thompson rivers university has an awesome pharmacolgy course. They had patho too but it's being revamped (they are online but expensive for International students)

Btw the school is in canada

Dunno about those specific courses (terminology differs), but do chem/bio for majors if you can -- often called General Chem/General Bio -- rather than more pared-down courses. They'll set you up for 59324325 times more options later.

Taking college A&P before Intro to Bio seems like putting the cart before the horse, so I'd go with chemistry at this point.
