I have my first interview for a private EMS company since getting my cert. Is the interview for an EMT-Basic position, and I'm trying to prepare as best as I can for it. Should I be expecting a skills test/EMT knowledge questions, or just like any other interview would be (getting to know you) etc?

What DesertMedic66 said. It might be a regular interview with nothing else. Usually it is sprinkled with a little bit of clinical questions or the clinical questions are really just disguising regular interview questions "You are dispatched for a chest pain patient. The patient's family is mad at you." sorta thing. That's usually the case. I have interviewed with two companies that had a "clinical interview" focused on just clinical questions. Some companies have you do skill tests. Some don't.
