International Volunteering EMTs

Greetings folks,

I know there has been plenty of posts about domestic volunteer opportunities for EMTs, but I couldn't find anything related to overseas volunteering. I'm think along the lines of something similar to the Red Cross international responders or Doctors Without Borders (although neither of those use EMTs).

Does anyone know of reputable outfits that use EMTs in a volunteer capacity overseas? A Google search left me with few answers and some shady results.

I went to Haiti with them in 2011. Fantastic group, well organized. Our crew was mostly medics, but we had a couple of newer EMTs that did and learned more than they ever would on a BLS ambulance. I just saw that the Haiti missions for '15 are postponed... But Sierra Leone? I hear it's nice there, said no one ever.
 
sierra leone is stunning, some of the best beaches ive ever seen!
