HVA in Michigan

Anyone work for HVA and have advice on how to get hired? Is there any secret to getting hired or should I just submit an app.

Not looking super intensely right now, I finish medic school in august and am looking for somewhere to work in Michigan after that. I heard good things about HVA, just that its competitive.

From people I know who work/applied there.

Just submit your app. One follow up phone call or email.

Then there is interviewing, protocol test, and physical test.

All of which I hear are very rigorous.

Best friend worked there on their MICU truck, he said it was his favorite company to work for. A lot of people dislike the corporate part of the company. Also they have the contract for Washtenaw county which is why A2 doesn't transport.
