Any one knows how to treat a hairline fracture with out a splint or a sling ?

Rest...

Maybe PT after it heals....

Maybe a splint or boot to take some weight off of it while it heals which comes during the rest part.

Hairline fxs are found in the weight bearing bones such as tibia and metatarsals.

So the answer is...REST

what if its a peds patient and he or she refuses you to touch them

How did you Dx the fracture and not touch them?

i had a patient (family member) who fell and fractured his arm i did palpate but as i was about to splint he was crying and yelling to i stopped i ended up putting a sling out of a piece of blanket and transporting to the er he then got a cast , sorry if i keep jumping around and not staying in topic but how would i treat him if his (my) family is getting concern about his because hes crying super loud and there was alot of them all around me like 10 i told them to back off and everyone was talking over each other it was crazy

Under the circumstances, it looks like you did the right thing to me.

sling works fine, can also do a pillow splint (hey bud, we need to keep your arm still, i can either put this piece of cloth on, or i can fold a pillow or blanket around your arm, which would you prefer? - since both are acceptable i feel ok asking which, not yes/no, and also demonstrate on your own arm how the pillow/blanket gets padded around).

Sounds more like a greenstick Fx. Splint or otherwise immobilize in a position of comfort. If a sling is all you can manage... that's about as good as you'd get, under the circumstances. Depending upon their age, peds patients can be a bit different to deal with.

Splint the forehead?

(I waited DAYS to say that).
Sling and swath, or pad and bind to torso with room to breath.
Broke is broke, you don't have xray eyes, as my EMT teacher used to say.
