Okay, i have a resume but how to i tune it up to fit applying for an EMT position? I mean, i am a security manager at night and Desktop Support during the day but how do i include anything ems related when i have no damn experience and just got my certs together?
I would be sure your job duties description identifies dealing with people, solving problems, working flexible schedules, etc. A strong cover letter may be a bigger help in landing something than the resume is.
* Working independently
* Dealing with difficult people (which I guess is the same as Sodapop suggested)
* Working in a customer service environment
* Computer literacy
