How to answer the "uncooperative coworker" question?

Hello everybody,

I've had two interviews recently for EMT-B positions, and I got the same question. It goes something like this: "What would you do if you're on a serious call, and the person you're working with (EMT, Medic, etc) is not being cooperative?" That's it. No other background information. What would be your answer?

This is a typical interview question that highlights your skills in interpersonal conflict resolution.
