High Tech Emergency Simulator

For the record I work for one of the educational agencies that is a part of this.

Anyone have anything similar? If so what's your take?

Our state college here in Daytona Beach has multiple simulators (METI man) for paramedic and EMT, the nursing program also has one I think. They rock, but like ANY educational tool they are only as good as the instructors programing and presenting the scenarios. With that said you can do a bunch of cool stuff with them and they will only get better as the technology improves.

We have 2-3 of those at my college where u teach skills. We are going to be getting a new one that is a 3 day old infant.

We also got a grant to fully rebuild our lab to have it replicate a teaching hospital in the area with up to 8 of those along with full video and audio recording.
