Help on Operations

So my score sheets tell me that I'm consistently below passing on the EMS Operations section. The last time I was passing or near passing every other section. Does anyone have any suggestions for where I can study this stuff? It doesn't seem like there are particular chapters covering this in my textbook besides Ambulance Operations (which really only covers proper inspection and care for the ambulance) and hazmat. I appreciate any and all help

It'll be in the Ambulance Operations section. Should only be questions about truck positioning for certain situations moreso than anything else. Read: HAZMAT, MVA: first on scene vs. second-whatever on scene.
