Video quality is great and I think it has been posted up on the site before. For an "non-emergent" elective cric it got the job done, but far from great technique in my opinion. In most of the situations where you are going to pull the trigger on a surgical airway you will not be starting without hypoxia, and you don't have that kinda time. Nothing comes out of the hole without something first going in there to replace it as well.
