From CT to MA

Hey guys, I have my EMT cert and license in Connecticut and I'm moving back to Massachusetts soon and am trying to continue working there as an EMT. Unfortunately my NREMT has expired. I was wondering what steps I need to go to to get my license in Mass?

If you're CT license is still active you (at one point at least) apply for reciprocity with just that. If for someone that doesn't work you can take the NREMT exam with any valid state card.

Sorry to bring back this six-week old thread, but I want to correct you Tigger, quickly. @mdc92, as of July, 2013, you need to have an NREMT card in order to enter MA, they no longer accep reciprocity from other states. For more info, call OEMS, 617-753-7300
