This is not an advertisement, just an advisory. Several people have posted in the past, looking for some free CE hours.

Boundtree offers free CE for both ALS and BLS providers and they are fully accredited by the Continuing Education Coordinating Board for Emergency Medical Services (CECBEMS).

A public service message for those who need some CE.

I've also pointed folks in that direction. Can't get much better than free CECBEMS!

When to take CEU's

Is there a required time that CEU's must be taken? Reason I ask is that son just rec'd national registration NREMT and is actively searching for jobs in SoCal. Would it be beneficial for him to take a couple CEU courses now as an added perk on his application/resume?

I did one of the classes on this site. It wasn't bad.

Thanks baldie :)

I snooped around their site and I think I'm going to throw this option at my son and let him know that taking some of these courses certainly won't hurt. He has time on his hands while waiting to be gainfully employed, why not put his big brain to use!

Bookmarked it for future reference. I've got a while before I have to renew but I should probably stay ahead of the game.

I pile a ton of CE into my NREMT education page. When I take a class, I log it. It's nice to keep track of that stuff myself, even though the education division is supposed to be all over it.

Darn it

Boundtree isn't recognized as one of the provider's for San Diego County! I supposed it wouldn't hurt to have the course, whether or not it's counted as a CEU, may look good on the resume.

Ill have to look at it some more when I get some more time. I am hoping it can give me enough ceu's for me to keep my NREMT current.
