Florida reciprocity help!!

From my understanding ( I don't live in Florida) there are some additional certs and a state test you have to do. This is just what I have heard. I could be wrong.

Hey,
An EMT that is certified in another state may take the Florida certification test as long as the program attended was in accordance with the DOT National Standard Curriculum and the certification is in good standing.
You'll want to submit an application, a copy of state/NREMT cert, a certification from your local licensing agency saying your license in active, and a copy of your course completion certificate.
