I was wondering if anyone has worked in Genesse County/Flint, Michigan before? I have a second interview/ride along Sunday and if I do well I'll be offered a job. Im an EMT-B (green) and full time medic student. I'd run 911 and transports when needed.
From what I understand I'd see a lot of trauma and psych patients which would be valuable experience for a critical care certification and eventually a flight medic position.
Do you have any suggestions for me? I was told PD takes a long time to respond, and scene safety is still key here.
