Are you talking about what your first call in EMS was?
Or are you talking about a company named First Call EMS? That's having some sort of financial difficulties? If so, you'll have to be more specific regarding location and situation to avoid confusion. (At the very least capitalize the proper nouns so we know when you are talking about a specific entity please).
