Sorry a bit slow to respond - you are welcome. The paper was written by my colleague and co-author of my hydrogel SR. Its the go-to document for burns dressings and concludes - "there is a paucity of evidence..........". No pre-hospital studies of any design on burns dressings or on any other aspect of pre-hospital burn care either. It's a great paper - a Cochrane SR no less.
