How does one outsource a medic? I'll have to tell my Chief to swing by the nearest Home Depot next time we're in a pinch :x

This station decided they didn't like hospital medics anymore and wanted to hire their own. It lasted 10 months before they decided it was too hard to do ALS, laid off the two full time medics (which included me) and went back to leasing paramedics from the hospital.

Valuable lesson learned. I'll never take a job with a newly formed ALS station.
