Keep in mind to use albuterol to move K+ effectively requires high doses that you're not about to give via a small volume nebulizer. You need the concentrate version of albuterol to give the 10-20mg you need.
 
To give a bit of perspective to the classic "three tier" approach, in the short term, what kills you is dysrhythmia, and the most dramatic stabilizing effect is from calcium. Many of the other interventions in the cocktail are either unproven or rather long-term in effect.

So: calcium to the rescue!
