On 11/23/2001 I registered EMTLife.com. Initially it was a meant to be a blog for my experiences as an EMT, but in 2004, with only one post in my so-called blog, I put up the current forum.

I still remember registering the domain. Ohhh... those were the days.

Anyone want to guess at what my first and only blog post was?

Wouldn't the birthday be next month?
Today is 10/23.

Woo Hoo! I just made my 2000th Post.

I should do something to celebrate... But it's too cold outside to do anything.. It's 39*F

SUMMER IS GONE! <CRY/WIMPER/BREAKDOWN> :P

My thoughts too, on being a month off. :D

If it was a typo..... happee birthday, EMTLIFE.... I'd probably have a girlfriend if I didn't spend so much time here...

And congrats, Alex.... it was getting mighty lonely up here at the top of the pile of useless posts.

Umm hey Matt?? Nov 23rd is a month away, we can then celebrate. Glad to see it has been going strong over the past 4 years.

Being a month off only means that we get to celebrate for the next 30 days in preparation for the big birthday, then we get to celebrate for 30 days after the birthday...

So Matts screw up mean 60 days of drunken play for us!!

WOO HOO!!

Alex,
My dog has been dancing on the table in anticipation of the upcoming waterfowl season. Id give a boob to have 9 inches of partly cloudy in my driveway. What you have is excellent FOWL weather. Hehe. :P ;)

I'm so lost. Was this a sexual joke I didn't get?

Is "partly cloudy" the weather condition, or what you call some male exotic dancer. Nine inches?

I'm hoping this is something a city boy like myself just wouldnt understand, instead of your longing for "Parly cloudy" and his yardstick.

It is from the hurricane thread....

Alex's Weatherman said "partly cloudly".... Alex has NINE INCHES of "partly cloudly" after an icestorm.....

I don't know how boobs came into play..... personally, I'd think someone might be a little "off balance" (in more than one sense) if they gave one up.

And it was Fowl (duck) vs. Foul (bad) weather... that was Cap'ns Pun.
