I'm getting ready to recert and I think I'm going the "challenge the test" route this time. I've been an EMT for nearly 6 years now so I figured that challenging the test would be easy. My school subscribes to a website that has online mock tests, and I took it cold thinking that i'd pass with no problems. While I got about mid to high 80's in everything, I got a 64 in airway. I'm pretty sure passing is about 70%, but you have to have it in all categories so this is clearly a bad thing.

Obviously I know how to manage an airway, I've been doing it for over 5 years, but I'm guessing since I've been working on different protocols since last taking my NREMT, I just don't know the NREMT answers to the questions. Anybody got any suggestions for improving my airway score? Tips to improve other scores would be good too, but since this is a pass/fail exam, it's not really necessary for me to score in the high 90's right?

I'd suggest the EMTPrep.com website. They claim to offer each student their 100% pass guarantee.
