EMT-Advanced in PA Starting 2012

Hello everyone,i'm new to this forum so please bear with me.I was a EMT-B in PA for 4 years,I moved to Florida few years ago but change careers.I'm plaining on moving back to PA again and get back into the ems world again.My question is this>>>I been doing little research and it seems like the state of PA starting a new level of ems care which included EMT-B,EMT-Paramedic and a new one EMT-Advanced.I read it allows little more advanced care than an EMT-Basic.Can anyone tell me what is the progress of becoming a EMT-Advanced,does it allow iv therapy and advanced airway?As fair I now this level doesn't start until 2012.Any info would be great.Thanks
 
There's no info to give. Other than changing it's EMS provider levels by statute, Pennsylvania hasn't established the new regulations or programs yet, as far as I know.

It's effective in 2012 to give their OEMS time to get things together.
