Maybe now the Cities will need to start funding their local EMS system to the levels their residents are expecting... kinda like how they fund other members of emergency services... Also, 75% of residents of CT are not on Medicaid.

The problem in Connecticut is that the state has the third highest tax rate and Highest Utility rates in the country.
