B) Okay, so I'm 14 and im wondering what if anything i can get trained/cert in without waiting till im 16 or 18B)
 
CPR
Basic First Aid
 
I was looking for something a little closer to pre hospital care

Well.. I was wondering about courses like the NHTSA first responder, the ARC's emergency response, WFA, WFR and stuff like that
 
Are you currently in an Explorer Post? If so, your Post leadership will be the absolute best source of information on what you can and cannot do at your age. If you aren't in a Post, I'd highly recommend the program. You can do a lot more (read:learn a lot more) as a member of an organized group than trying to freelance your way for the time being. CPR and Basic First Aid are the only things you can certify in until you reach the mandated age to certify in anything else.
 
I was an explorer with the local paramedic service and sheriff's department,and we got the training that we needed through them.
