Hey, I'm going into my sophmore year and will be having to pick my elective classes. I am hoping and praying that I can be an EMT or paramedic in the future. Which classes should I pick that will help me in my EMT or Paramedic career?

Totally agree. Take the electives that sound interesting. I ended up with essentially a minor in social psychology just because the classes sounded good (and they were).

If I were to be an EMT, and in the future hopefully have a family, do they give you maternity leave?

Generally yes but it depends upon your employment conditions/contract
