AVL has pretty clear depression. Subtle depression in I.

I'm all for subtle changes in aVL (as aVL goes, so goes the nation), but given that the whole lead is very low-voltage, I don't think the flattening and diminution of the ST/T really counts as a change here. It's proportional to the QRS.
