Ooo ooo ooo! I spent a few week in NZ a while ago. I had some of that kiwi cake or whatever and I loved it. I tried to find a recipie when I got back to the States, but I had to convert all the measurements and temps from metric to english!

Hubbie took the day off work and we went for a long walk...was good to spend a bit of time for just us!
Bought Take-aways (Take out) and shared it with my eldery Mum at her place.
