If you happen to be in the state of Maine (USA) there is a group called "The Maine POM Project" that donates pet oxygen masks to fire and rescue groups in the state. Their goal is to equip every department in Maine with the masks at no charge to the departments. They raise money through donations and CPR classes (human and animal CPR).
