I have never heard of it. I am assuming its similar to Remi and Sufenta.

Nor had I, guess it's an elephant tranquilizer.

Apologies if my link did not come across, I think I may have fudged it trying to copy and paste from my iPhone.

Basically Fentanyl x 100
Have not run on it; just read about it.

Is it also cut with heroin?

Usually heroin is cut with the fentanyl analogue.

Apparently it has recently become much cheaper and easier for the underground labs to manufacture fentanyl than heroin. Which is why we've been seeing and hearing so much more about fentanyl on the streets.

Apologies, attempted uploading the pdf email that I just received from our county EMS department regarding Carfentanil.

Perhaps one of the more "tech savvy" folks from my county can figure it out. Clearly I am challenged in this department, haha.

Probably not an option in the field but we use Narcan drips every now and then instead of constantly push dosing.

I've only seem this ordered once by an ER doc, and it was a suspected polypharm OD I had brought him. Not even sure if he waited for the patients chem panel to come before ordering it, though I would imagine (think?) so.

Usually it is patients who overdosed on PO narcotics, especially extended release.

Any particular strategy that you've seen for, say, a combined opioid + sympathomimetic overdose? Say, naloxone drip plus haldol drip?
