Can you take the first part of EMT-B online in Alabama

I was looking to take the first part of the EMT-b course online , I wasn't sure if that is allowed in Alabama ? I wanted to take the traditional course in Mobile, AL but they are held 25-30 minutes away.
 
Lol, perhaps i'm in a troll thread.

25 minutes? I drive an hour each way for classes. Do i win something?
 
I drove 35-40 min to class for my paramedic, EMT i did through high school back in the day.

I'm pretty sure they aren't. Which school are you looking at?

That isn't too far of a drive. When I went to USA I had a 20-45 min drive from west Mobile depending on traffic. Deal.

Its 65 miles one way for my medic classes.. 20-30 minutes is nothing just do it.
 
I had an 60 mile, hour long commute over a 8900 foot mountain pass for Intermediate and Medic...

Moved closer so now its about half that.
 
30-45 Minutes depending on traffic o.o
 
Not everyone has access to a reliable form of transportation, so I can a half hour commute being a concern some. That said, if you want something you need to be prepared to make sacrifices (says the guy that had a two minute bike ride to EMT class).
