I passed the written and practical with them and I have an interview this week. Anyone have experience with this? All I know is it is a panel interview and they may ask scenario questions.
They probably wont ask scenario based questions. Especially if you've already been through written and practical testing.
It's going to be like any other panel interview for any other type of job. Why do you want to do this? Why should we pick you? Tell us a time when you made a mistake... all the standard interview questions.
Why does it seem like EMS interviews scare people more than regular interviews? I still have yet to find the difference...
Because they said in the email for the hirin process there will be scenario questions. It is a panel interview and the medical director is going to be present. I was just asking people with past interviews with boson ems specifically.
