Best EMS agency to work for in DFW area?????

This seems to be the place to get the most/best info from people in our bizz. What do some of yall think are the better companies to work for in the DFW area. I am wanting a change of scenery from East TX, lived here pretty much since I was in 4th grade and I am now 25, oh yeah and a little more $$$$ wouldn't be a bad thing either. Opionions and why would be mighty appreciated..... I have also thought about Austin area, I hear Wiliamson county and ATCEMS are pretty legit as well.

DFW area-- MedStar, Wise County, CareFlite, Hood County, Rockwall County.

You said you're in East Tx, so why not Champion or ETMC? EDIT: Saw you already work at ETMC, so why not Champion? Just don't like doing the rural aspect?


Down south you have ATcEMS, Cyprus Creek, Montgomery County Hospital District, and Williamson County.

I am really impressed with some of the changes Medstar is making.

The Advanced Practice Paramedic is one thing. Another is visiting the frequent flyers to check on them and make sure they have their meds. etc. BEFORE a call to 911 is made.
