Baby dies after mom cuts off arms, police

PLANO, Texas - A woman with a history of postpartum depression told a 911 operator she had cut off the arms of her baby daughter, then waited calmly until police arrived, authorities said.

The thing that got me was the comment they made on the news that the child welfare agency was investigating and was "considering revoking the mother's custody of the 3 remaining children".

WHAT IS THERE TO CONSIDER??????
