One would think the pending withdrawl of US forces from SW Asia would precipitate the need for more contract civilian emergency techs.
 
Is this a thread, to bump an already existing thread, where both of you have already posted?
 
I was wondering if other areas are being affected as well, such as Kurdish Iraq, since indigenous practitioners are rare (especially female ones) or being beefed up in Turkey, who is playing chicken with Syria right now.

I also wonder if anyone besides USA (and maybe France, or someday China) are even considering supplying such people and services in SW Asia?
