I’m curious if anyone is having problems with the LP15 charging bricks, also known as AC chargers. We bought new devices x21 and took delivery in November of 2022. Had a 60% failure rate. Company says they’re “working on it” and someone gave the direction to “plug them back in and see if they fail a second time, if not, put them back in use”. This screams disaster to me. I’d love to hear from others or anyone who has official documents to support this claim. Thanks

What does Stryker say? We have several, no issues.
They’re “working on it”. Failures for us began in May. Chip issues due to heat and humidity. Apparently a south eastern USA issue. No replacements to ship yet and I’m worried. Now some sort of advice to “try them again”. I’d like to know where that advice is coming from. I’m hearing others are having issues. Hoping some one here has something to share.
