An Issue of Safety

Do whatever you think is right.
Although I suspect that sooner or later everyone will find out who reported the issue and that majority (including the person you'll report it to) might not necessarily be on your side.
 
Since it is a recurring issue, I've already reported it, and made it known. Keep in mind: this is NOT a job for which I get paid. I have nothing to lose and everything to gain.
