I have an interview next week for American Medical Response in Seattle. Any advice on how to approach the interview and what to expect? and the skills assessment (if there is one)?

I work for them and went through the hiring process a couple months ago.

The interview is pretty laid back. It is a one on one interview with the ops manager. He likes more conversational type interviews. Questions are pretty basic. No scenario based questions for me, it was all personality trait discussions, why i wanted in this field etc.

You will find out in a couple of days if you got the job. It is a fast process. They notify you by phone call. You then go for your drug test and physical fitness test.
