Does anyone know what AMR does in Austin?

Thanks! What nearby AMR operations run 911? I'm planning on moving to the area.. and want to be able to transfer from my current 911 operation. Then I want to get on with a third service like ATCEMS.
 
AMR San Antonio does a little bit of 911 in Medina and Frio counties but that’s about 2 hours south of Austin. The rest of AMR in central Texas is IFT only.
 
They do have Milam County, Waco and Temple now.
 
Is Scott & White EMS completely gone? And why did this happen? I'm assuming corporate greed.
 
They're rebounding pretty well. Scott&White is IFT-only now IIRC, as is Careflite. ETMC is dead, replaced by UT East
