It appears they are not hiring any EMT right now.
It may not be a bad idea to actually go there and ask if they have an application you can fill out.
I've applied to American Medical Response in different locations several times (Burlingame, Concord, San Leandro, Santa Rosa, Monterey, San Jose, San Francisco), the last couple of times I applied online without going there. I didn't hear back, but I had some friends that did, and some of them got hired.
The only time I walked in was when I first got certified as an EMT, I downloaded their application from online (it was a pdf online then), and I walked in to turn in my application. I came in well dressed (white shirt, black pants, tie), brought the originals and copies of everything I had (county EMT card (this was prior to CA EMT card existing), NREMT card, CA driver license, ambulance driver certificate, DL 51 / green medical examiner card, DMV H6 (driving record), social security card, passport, FEMA certs (eg ICS 100, 200, NIMS 700, which is the standard locally)), brought my resume, and tried to turn in the filled out application into their San Leandro location. They told me that the application online wasn't good enough for that location, and they gave me another application that was significantly larger (I think near 50 pages!). I filled out the application there, and I turned it in. Never heard back.
Make sure to have all your certs ready. A lot of new CA EMTs are unaware about ambulance driver certificates and DL 51 / green medical examiner card, which are CA exclusive things. Also a lot of places require some FEMA training like I listed: ICS 100, 200, NIMS 700 are common requirements prior to working. It may list SEMS as a requirement, but that's usually given to you upon hire or during orientation. Some counties have specific training that you must have that aren't required in other counties. I am unaware of Riverside requires anything extra at least initially. I applied to Halls Ambulance in Kern County, and was unaware that I had to also have a certificate for AED and King tubes I guess specific to Kern County EMS or Halls Ambulance at least.
