Hmmm... :glare: Although that's thoroughly ridiculous, he may actually be in the clear. I can't imagine the kind of denial it would take to keep driving for a full day with a dead body in the seat next to you, but I guess it's not technically illegally as long as you report it within 48 hours, like he said...
 
Did he still use the carpool lanes?
