I'm kind of digging here, but was it the straps? You said pelvis/chest/legs. Were there 2 straps on the legs (I'm assuming yes) If you completely spaced it (doubtful) and used 3, then perhaps there's your answer.
Maybe they were picky about placement? I remember our instructor used to always...
Took it at 2:45 pm yesterday. Test stopped at 70 questions after 45 minutes.
I had a love/hate relationship with it. I hate the way it's formatted to basically MAKE you feel like you have no idea what you're doing. I had the highest grade in my class last summer and passed my state...
I feel like JAG and NCIS can't really be compared.
Yeah, NCIS is technially a spinoff of JAG, but their styles are world's different.
JAG mostly took itself seriously, while NCIS is often tongue-in-cheek
Massachusetts is one of the few states that has their own testing/certification system.
You can work in MA as an EMT by being state certified, without being nationally certified.
If you're nationally certified and want to work in MA, you have to pay a :censored:load more money to take...
Taking the exam tomorrow:unsure:
Wish me luck:blush:
No, actually.. don't wish me luck. Since it has nothing to do with luck and everything to do with knowledge/skill
Technically: about 6 months. However, I got my MA certification in December and didn't actively seek out employment until the very end of April/beginning of May
so it's really about 1 month.
Well hello there, long lost sibling.^_^
Most of my friends love Glee. I've even got my boyfriend watching it with me. I have a degree in vocal performance, so... it's not a guilty pleasure to me, but most of the non musical population thinks I'm crazy. hahaha
I just have to say that I'm so...
Favorite tv show: Firefly, and the movie Serenity, of course. :)
I'm also quite the classic movie kinda girl. I guess having a boyfriend who's a film major in college helps that one.
Other tv shows that I enjoy: Battlestar Galactica (RIP), Caprica, The Sarah Connor Chronicles ( RIP)...
I'm sorry to hear that you failed. On the bright side, you'll make sure you are far more prepared for your second shot.
I've been an MA certified EMT since December, but taking my first stab at the NREMT exam next Tuesday.
As another thing to hopefully cheer you up, I'm new here, but so...
The company is pretty new. 2006, if I remember correctly.
It's a transfer company, although they competed with Trinity and Patriot for an emergency contract for Dracut/Tyngsboro, so they're clearly trying to move towards some emergency work. Dracut stuck with Patriot. Tyngsboro chose Trinity...
I have no specific example, because I see it just about everywhere, but let me just say chest compressions!
I can count maybe once or twice where they looked somewhat realistic. Usually the rate is more than twice as slow as it should be, the hands are in the completely wrong place, or they...
Hello there, everyone.
My name is Zoë.
I've lurked here for a while, but decided to finally make an account when I landed my first EMS job. :D
I'm 23, graduated last spring from Tulane University with a degree in music, and plan on getting a master's in music education. I've always been...
