I am having a complete brain fart. I know for V-tach, it's 150mg over 10 min, but I remember something about 300mg followed with 150mg and I can't remember what it's for. My brain hurts.

Our new standard is no O2 for SPo2 >94% unless they complain of SOB. O2 is a vasoconstrictor, that's a bad thing in an MI.

Not sure what you mean by #30. It is mechanically sound. That's why it came out of storage before a few of our other rigs. It runs and drives fine. I just don't want to be seen in it. :blush:

I'm not saying this is right or wrong, but we are currently being taught that the use of morphine in in nSTEMI is the better choice due too it's a better vasodilator than fentanyl. M.O.N.A Morphine, O2, Nitro, ASA. They are also teaching not to give O2 unless the PT is under 95% or complaining...

Another good one. Take some gel-caps and empty them, refill with a powdered food coloring of your choice. Place them in the shower head. Wait for someone to take a shower. Blue works great. Had a kid show come to formation looking like a smurf.
