Im currently attending Cal State University Fullerton for my B.S. in Chemistry. Of course i'll throw that on the application... but do you think it'll be THAT benificial?

Okay i assume the OC means Orange County but i can't find any information online as to how we set up an appointment or even who to call. How long is the card for? does it expire? do u need to have any requirements or other certs done before attaining this card?
