Finishing up one of my sleeves and have my shifts coming up on the weekend, I'm wondering how you guys protect your fresh tats from the nasty S*** out there on shift? I know saran wrap is a breeding ground for bacteria. Just trying to figure out some options.

Whats the word on this? Got a letter from NREMT talking about CA expanding the scope to AEMT level. Is this true? If so when are these changes taking place and are there any schools offering this yet? I've been NREMT for a year and some change now and working for about 8 months and I'm looking...

It sucks that there are not some type of reserve position so I can get experience as a EMT and volunteer since finding a job here is so damn hard. I'll try hospitals but I didn't go to school and want to be in the field to be a damn CNA and thats my only gripe.

Is it really though? Places want experience as a EMT. I didn't think volunteering at a hospital would give me EMT experience.
