I just wondered as in PA. The only public info on ems providers is Name, Cert number, Level and region. Addresses are confidential. Thats why I assumed they must have gotten it from NREMT.

I wonder if NREMT provides address to third parties for junk mail like this.

Pa is A** backward on everything. Cant do RSI. Where most places use phenegran we have zofran. the DOH has con ed that is designated as BLS/ALS or ALS only.

The original poster refered to PA con ed requirements. I know a few years ago it didnt count cause it showed up on my report with 0 hours because I was an basic at the time. Obviously it can count against NREMT but for PA state requirements I would say no. And to try and get PA state credit...

Not for a Basic.. It is ALS con ed only

I would check on this as I believe the NREMT counts that as online content. You are only allowed 10 hours I believe. (As least for the medics is concerned)

How long after receiving your results should it take for the certs to get mailed out from columbus. Im going over a month now since I passed. I already received my state cards so it not too big of a deal but hey I passed it so I want the pretty paper! I heard 4-6 weeks. Is this correct?

When we been praticing in class, we used long 9 foot straps instead of quick straps or spider straps. We are going to test not in our area so is it possible to find someplace that might use spider straps or quick straps for the nremt exam?

Well i sent away for one. Been an emt for 15 years and going to medic class. I am also hearing impaired in both ears so i'm going to give this a real world test. Frank
