It's from The Daily Beast... they aren't exactly known for being objective and rational journalists... but they do have people who believe what they say, word for word...

If the cop was shot too, I'm taking the cop first... if the cop has no complaints (as reported by the AP), and doesn't want to be treated... I'm having a tough time justifying transporting her to the ER while letting the GSW victim continue to bleed out on the street, waiting for the next arriving ambulance.
