On call, bored as heck. Had a lift assist and a kidney stone today. Lift assit was in town. Kidney stone was about 50 miles out. And while I am out on boreing calls, the other crew gets to roll on a asthmatic pt who starting having trouble breathing, neb did not work, and is now in full arrest. Just my luck. Our protocols now allow us to IO adults, and I swore that I would IO the next CPR I went on. And they get it. :-(
