Yeah - I've also noticed that a number of the long-time regulars seem to be a bit set in their ways and often less than helpful to newcomers; both to the site and to the profession. That's why I tend to keep my head down and avoid the drama as much as possible.
But, sometimes I can't help...
Assuming that you're asking "what do you mean?" in some broken English sort-of way....
Pretty much every characterization/stereotype of San Francisco (aside from those that are obviously geographic/location specific) and its residents can be applied to Asheville and its residents.
I would like to see even 1/2 the people who say they're going to leave the country after an election actually do so.

What "IFT situation in the greater Cleveland area"? Why are you sure that it hasn't changed much. Changed much from what baseline? How long has it been since you've had 1st hand experience in that market? And how much of that experience was obtained working for Rural/Metro?
If you have specific information about the Cleveland branch that leads you to make that statement I would certainly be interested in hearing what it is.
Somehow, I don't think that's the case though.
