This. I had the chance to learn from my old facilities ER Director when we had the same rotation. I'm only a CNA (going to start EMT-B) and I learned A LOT of procedures from him (Small town hospital;)). I'll never turn down the chance to learn from an experienced doctor.

I have to disagree. In most situations I would rather have a FR with 20 years experience overn a greenhorn EMT fresh out of training.

I'm all for it. Basically, if you don't die in or right in front of the hospital, your organs are probably going to spoil before they get you into OR, get your organs out and on ice.
