Does anyone know of a protocol out there for rehab of participants in an event during high activity level? I'm looking for something that's like IV fluid for fire personnel during a fire rehab. Just want to see if any agencies have a protocol similar to what I'm talking about.

AMR (River Medical) in AZ bases your pay on experience. They give you "credit" for half of your cert experience. Ie you have been a medic 10 years, they start you at the pay of a 5 year employee. Starting for medic is around 14.50(24hr rate)/21.00(12hr rate).

To me, event has nothing to do with past events. If they can tell me they are sitting in the back of an ambulance on the way to the hospital, the president, and any other current events, then I classify them as oriented to event. Losing consciousness does not mean they are not oriented to event...
