Hello EMT Life, for those of you that I knew before I fell off the face of the earth for almost a year I am back! After a year has gone by I am working my way back into the world of EMS!

My girlfriend had our baby a month ago and I elected to stay in the hospital because the baby was in NICU; and my girlfriend needed my support as well. This was the major issue at the time. The absences totaled 6 days.

So I failed my EMT class. I had too many absences. I think I am pretty much done with EMS, so many thoughts swirrling through my head. Im not sure to call it quits or not. I have never been faced with failure. Hmm.....I guess im just venting in a way. But if i'm not back on here again it was...
